Raceprogramma 30 april-1-2 mei 2010

Zoals gebruikelijk brengt F1Today.nl u elke donderdag voor het weekeinde op de hoogte van het raceprogramma. Dit weekend staan er drie raceklassen op het programma; de Formule 2 en het WTCC racen in Marokko, terwijl de IndyCar Series naar de eerste oval van het jaar gaat.

IndyCar
Komend weekend staat de eerste oval-race van het IndyCar-seizoen op het programma, hetgeen altijd een garantie blijkt voor spektakel. Will Power hoopt zijn goede vorm vast te houden ban de eerste vier races, maar ook Ganassi en Andretti Autosport liggen op de loer. De Belg Bertrand Baguette zal dit weekend in Kansas zijn allereerste race op een oval rijden, terwijl het veld is uitgebreid met John Andretti en Jay Howard die beiden verdere ervaring op willen doen voor de Indy 500.

Kwalificatie & Race:
Kwalificatie: vrijdag 30 april, 23:00 - 00:30 uur
Race: zaterdag 1 mei, 20:00 uur

WTCC
Na een lange pauze van maar liefst acht weken strijkt het WTCC-circus dit weekend neer in het Marokkaanse Marrakech. Voor de twee maal in de historie zal deze spectaculaire toerwagenklasse het stratencircuit in Marokko aandoen, waar Tom Coronel optimaal wil profiteren van zijn goede vorm in stratenraces. Verder zullen er drie extra Chevrolet's worden ingezet voor lokale Marokkaanse coureurs.

Kwalificatie & Race:
Kwalificatie: zaterdag 1 mei, 16:15 - 17:05 uur
Race 1: zondag 2 mei, 15:20 uur
Race 2: zondag 2 mei, 16:35 uur

Formule 2
Tevens zal de Formule 2 in het voorgramma staan van het WTCC. Na twee mooie races bij de seizoensopener in Silverstone twee weken geleden, hoopt Kelvin Snoeks nu ook op goede resultaten. Het zal voor het eerst zijn dat de Formule 2 op het circuit in Marrakech in actie zal komen.

Kwalificatie 1: vrijdag 30 april, 18:30 - 19:00 uur
Race 1: zaterdag 1 mei, 13:15 uur
Kwalificatie 2: zaterdag 1 mei, 19:00 - 19:30 uur
Race 2: zondag 2 mei, 14:05 uur

Iemand enig idee welke zender wat uit zendt? WTCC is altijd een beknopte samenvatting in het f1 weekend voordat de race begint.

Carchannel? Die zenden bijna nooit iets actueels uit. Alleen herhalingen van autotests en gummballs van jaren geleden. Op motors zijn af en toe welke leuke races te zien zoals V8 supercars.
