Resultaten tweede fanonderzoek gepresenteerd

Rijdersvakbond GPDA organiseerde eerder dit jaar in samenwerking met Motorsport.com een grootschalig onderzoek onder de Formule 1-fans, maar er is nog een ander fanonderzoek geweest. F1 Racing, Autosport en Motorsport News sloegen de handen ineen om de meningen onder de liefhebbers van de koningsklasse van de autosport te peilen.

Bijna 35.000 mensen deden mee aan dit onderzoek. Lewis Hamilton kwam als populairste coureur uit de bus, voor Kimi Raikkonen, Fernando Alonso en Jenson Button. Ferrari geniet bij de teams de meeste populariteit, voor McLaren. De top vijf van populairste Grands Prix bestond uit België, Monaco, Canada, Groot-Brittannië en Italië.

Bijna 38 procent van de respondenten geeft aan dat ze een Grand Prix-bezoek te duur vinden. 42,6 procent volgt de Formule 1 vooral vanwege de onderlinge rivaliteit tussen teams en coureurs en de competitieve aard van de sport. Meer dan de helft was voor het schrappen van de regel die de rijders verplicht om tijdens de race beide bandencompounds te gebruiken.

Vijftig procent beschouwt het plan om de tests te laten verdwijnen en de vrijdagen bij Grands Prix als open testdag te benutten als een slecht idee. Een tweedeling in de Formule 1 met fabrieksteams aan de ene kant en klantenteams met een andere specificatie chassis en motor ziet ruim zeventig procent van de stemmers niet zitten. Negentig procent vindt het wel goed dat de Formule 1 innovatieve technologie nastreeft.

Dit kan is zeker beamen! Zojuist 250euro mogen afrekenen voor nog 1 van de goedkopere tickets op Monza en dit is nog niet eens het duurste circuit!

Dit kan is zeker beamen! Zojuist 250euro mogen afrekenen voor nog 1 van de goedkopere tickets op Monza en dit is nog niet eens het duurste circuit!

Voor dat geld heb je een seizoenskaart bij een voetbalclub!
De prijzen mogen wat mij betreft minstens door 2 gedeeld worden zelfs dan vind ik de prijzen nog fors..

  Prijzen mogen inderdaad wel wat omlaag wat mij betreft. Maar zolang BE enorme bedragen blijft vragen voor het mogen organiseren van een race zal dat niet veranderen vrees ik.

  Idd min. 20 miljoen per grandprix waarvan 50% in de zakken van aandeelhouders verdwijnt....daarom heb ik ook niets met dit soort zogenaamde fanonderzoeken door GDPA...wat is in godsnaam de meerwaarde?
  De meerwaarde van een onderzoek is de resultaten te gebruiken om tot nieuwe inzichten te komen om zo veranderingen voor te stellen, alsof niet bekend is wat moet veranderen...
