FIA gedwongen tot opheldering van 'zwarte lijst'

De internationale autosportbond FIA heeft voor aanvang van de Belgische Grand Prix nog een nieuwe lijst met verboden en toegestane onderwerpen voor de communicatie tussen de rijders en de pitmuur uitgevaardigd. Dat meldt Autosport. Teams hadden daarop aangedrongen omdat de eerdere lijst te veel onduidelijkheden bevatte.

De nieuwe lijst omschrijft tot in detail wanneer bepaalde boodschappen wel gecommuniceerd mogen worden en wanneer niet. Teams mogen vrij met de coureurs praten tot één minuut voor de start en in de pits. Voor de rest houdt de FIA er een zwarte lijst op na wat betreft onderwerpen die verboden zijn zodra een rijder de pitstraat verlaten heeft.

Wat mag wel en wat mag niet in de verkenningsrondjes:

- Het informeren over een probleem aan de auto, bijvoorbeeld een lekke band, mag wel

- Het doorgeven van een probleem bij de auto van een tegenstander mag wel

- De opdracht geven om terug te keren naar de pits voor reparaties of stoppen mag wel

- Informatie doorspelen over wat de marshals doen mag wel

- Informeren over een natte baan of glad wegdek mag wel

- Coureur waarschuwen indien hij het risico loopt de maximale rondetijd te overschrijden mag wel

- Rijder opdragen om door de pits te rijden mag niet

- Rijder opdragen om naar de achterkant van de grid te rijden mag niet

- Discussiëren van de balans met de coureur mag niet

- Rijder opdragen om de auto uit te zetten mag niet

- Controle van de boordradio mag niet

Dit vind ik een vreemde.. als ze zien dat de boel stuk gaat of over verhit raakt lijkt dit me toch wel wenselijk en lijkt me dit verder geen voordeel op te leveren.

  Deze is toch makkelijk te omzeilen door deze opdracht te geven:
  - De opdracht geven om terug te keren naar de pits voor reparaties of stoppen mag wel
  
  Als je dan simpel zeg kom naar de pits want we stoppen kan de coureur dan direct bepalen ik zet hem hier langs de kant.

  Haha ja, ik dacht het zelfde een lijst met personen die op de zwarte lijst staan. Sowieso vraag ik me af of ze dat zomaar kunnen. Ik denk dat als Giedo een rechtzaak aanspant dat er dan wel iets te halen valt. Hij zal dan wel niet meer uitgenodigt worden (de teams doen wat Bernie wil), maar hij kan wel een schade vergoeding of iets dergelijks binnenhalen verwacht ik.

Wat een onzin. Indien deze opdracht wordt gegeven tijdens de verkenningsronde is het toch einde race. Wordt deze opdracht niet gegeven en er komt bv olie op de baan, wordt de start natuurlijk ook nog eens uitgesteld.

  Als er wat mis is met de mauto mogen ze dat melden, ik neem aan dat ze mogen zetten dat de coureur de motor uit moet zetten om te voorkomen dat de motor stuk gaat.
  
  Maar dan moet het waar zijn.
  De motor uitzetten alleen om er minder kilometers mee gemaakt te hebben, en dat het ding dan op de truck moet ipv. de pits in rijdt, dat wil de FIA niet en terecht.

Vind het ook een vreemde lijst. Wanneer er een probleem is in de opwarm ronde moet een team de coureur toch kunnen vragen de pits in te komen zodat hij niet op de startgrid uitvalt?

Maximale rondetijd? Nooit van gehoord eigenlijk. Hoe werkt dat? Als je op Spa dreigt 3 minuten over een rondje te doen, word je dan aangespoord om harder te gaan rijden?

  Bij de kwalificatie mag je niet onnodig langzaam op de baan rijden en ook op weg naar de pits mag je niet als een slak terugrijden.

  Bij wel en niet omdraaien wordt de lijst voor mij niet logischer maar ook niet onlogischer. Dat zegt genoeg lijkt mij. Als dit een poging van de FIA is om duidelijkheid te scheppen is dat voor mij in ieder geval niet gelukt. Maar ja, ik ben ook maar toeschouwer, dus ik hoef er ook niets van te begrijpen ..... toch? Of zou het veel leuker zijn als je naar iets kijkt wat je wel begrijpt?

Kunnen ze net zo goed de onboard communicatie systeem verbieden, dan heb je dit soort regeltjes niet nodig. Niet dat ik daarvoor ben, trouwens. (Al zou het zéér interesant wezen, ala 1960s)
