Ecclestone mist Flavio Briatore en Max Mosley in Formule 1

Bernie Ecclestone vindt het ontbreken van oud-teambaas Flavio Briatore en voormalig FIA-voorzitter Max Mosley in de Formule 1-paddock een gemis. Dat verklapte de commerciële baas van de koningsklasse van de autosport in gesprek met de Telegraph.

Ecclestone: Ja, ik mis Flavio. Hij was prettig gezelschap en hij was goed voor de sport. Men associeerde hem met de Formule 1. Hij was een karakter. We missen Max ook. Max heeft meer goed dan fout gedaan. Zijn enige probleem was dat hij het niet goed verpakte. Het werkte niet op zijn manier. De FIA is nu een stuk rustiger en dat is zoals we het graag zien.
