Ferrari ontwikkelt SF15-T door tot einde seizoen

Het team van Ferrari is van plan om de ontwikkeling van de huidige bolide vol te houden tot het einde van dit jaar. De Scuderia wil updates blijven introduceren voor de SF15-T. Door de stabiliteit in de reglementen richting 2016 is alle extra kennis mooi meegenomen voor de nieuwe auto.

Ferrari-teambaas Maurizio Arrivabene: "Ik heb altijd gezegd dat we met onze strategie voor de ontwikkeling van de auto en de motor de weg der geleidelijkheid zouden bewandelen. We hebben wat tokens besteed in Monza en we zijn tevreden over de performance van de krachtbron. We moeten tot het einde van het seizoen blijven werken aan de betrouwbaarheid van het pakket."

"Nu hebben we tactische keuzes te maken voor hoe en wanneer we onze resterende tokens in gaan zetten. De ontwikkeling van deze wagen is immer gaande en daar gaan we mee door tot het einde van het jaar. Dan heb ik het niet over de motor alleen, maar over de auto als geheel."
