Chandhok verlangt meer progressie van Hispania Racing

Hispania Racing-coureur Karun Chandhok is niet ontevreden over de vooruitgang die zijn werkgever maakt. De Spaanse equipe houdt ongeveer gelijke tred met andere nieuwkomers Lotus F1 Racing en Virgin Racing. Hispania Racing boekt dus vooruitgang, maar om echt mee te doen zijn grotere stappen vereist.

Chandhok: In Melbourne lagen we 1,8 seconde achter op de beste nieuwe teams en in Monaco was dat gat 1,5 seconde. Dat is op een korter circuit, dus het is min of meer hetzelfde. De achterstand op Lotus F1 Racing en Virgin Racing is gelijk gebleven. Maar daar schieten we weinig mee op. Wij zouden meer progressie moeten kunnen boeken. Wij hebben meer tijd te winnen. Daar moeten we dus mee aan de slag en ons ontwikkelen om de achterstand te verkleinen.
