Newey laat clausule over vertrek bij Red Bull Racing verwijderen

De toekomst van Adrian Newey ligt bij Red Bull Racing. De ontwerper van de toonaangevende RB6 heeft een clausule die een vertrek mogelijk maakte uit zijn verbintenis laten halen.

Dat meldt Sport Bild en teambaas Christian Horner heeft dat bevestigd. Contractuele kwesties zijn vertrouwelijk, maar hiervan kan ik zeggen dat het waar is. Adrian heeft vorig jaar het verzoek ingediend om de clausule waardoor zijn contract dit jaar zou eindigen te verwijderen.
