Stevens staart zich blind op verlenging bij Manor

Will Stevens heeft geen noodscenario klaar liggen voor het geval dat hij geen nieuw contract krijgt bij Manor F1 Team. De Brit heeft geen alternatieven achter de hand. Hij is volledig gericht op een langer verblijf bij Manor. Op de vraag van Autosport of hij ook over andere opties nagedacht heeft, antwoordde Stevens: "Nee."

Hij vervolgt: "Ik weet niet of een reserverol in de Formule 1 iets is. Ik ga me daar pas druk over maken zodra het zover is. Vooralsnog is het mijn insteek om ook in 2016 op de grid te staan. Als het er niet goed uit zou zien of ik zou me zorgen maken, dan zou ik naar alternatieve opties kijken. Maar dat is niet aan de orde, ik ben gefocust op de Formule 1 voor volgend jaar."

"De grid telt komend seizoen 22 stoeltjes en vele zijn reeds vergeven. Op de resterende plekken azen een heleboel coureurs. Natuurlijk behoor ik daar ook toe, ik wil graag mijn zitje houden en ik zou teleurgesteld zijn als ik buiten de boot val. Maar het heeft geen zin om naar een plan B of plan C te kijken, want voor mijn gevoel gaan we de goede kant op."

    En in de tussentijd heeft Indonesie een stoeltje gekocht voor 15 miljoen euro, nog 1 stoeltje vrij en heel veel coureurs met geld in de wachtrij.

      Maar ben zelf indo en zag op verschillende indonesische websites de berichtgeving dat haryanto het 'geld' voor een stoeltje binnen heeft.

      Sky heeft idd als enige dagelijkse uitzendingen van ongeveer half uurtje. Als je het niet direct via de SkySport website kan zien zoals ik kan je het ook via torrentwebsites of een groep als racing4me downloaden op een Android tab
