Gunstige voorwaarden Hockenheim verleden tijd

De Grand Prix van Duitsland vindt in 2016 plaats op de Hockenheimring, maar het is de vraag wanneer en waar de volgende editie plaats zal vinden. Vast staat dat de gunstige voorwaarden in het huidige contract tussen Hockenheim en de Formule 1 tot de verleden tijd behoren.

Dat verklaarde Bernie Ecclestone aan Auto Motor und Sport. "We hebben op dit moment een contract dat heel gunstig is voor Hockenheim. Dat zal in de toekomst niet blijven bestaan. Ze zullen moeten accepteren dat ze hetzelfde moeten betalen als andere Europese gastheren."

Dan is er nog het enigma van de Nürburgring, waarvan niemand weet of ze nog Formule 1-ambities koesteren. Ecclestone: "Ik zit klaar met een pen om een contract te tekenen. Ik hoopte dat de nieuwe eigenaren in de positie waren om een akkoord af te sluiten, maar dat lijkt niet het geval."

Je hebt helemaal gelijk Ecclestone. Er zijn op de wereld nog genoeg dictaturen en despoten die met graagte vele miljoenen aan belastingcenten richting Bernie en zijn CVC rovers willen overmaken...
