Dakar: De laatste etappe gaat vandaag van start

Vandaag is een belangrijke dag in de Dakar Rally. De allerlaatste etappe gaat van start en een aantal deelnemers zal het vandaag rustig aan doen, om zeker te weten dat ze de rally uitrijden.

De special stage is vandaag 180 kilometer lang en start in Villa Carlos Paz. Na de special stage is een 400 kilometer lange verbinding naar Rosario. Waarschijnlijk zal heel Argentinië langs de weg staan om naar de deelnemers te zwaaien en te juichen.

De special kent vandaag weinig hoogteverschillen en de ondergrond bestaat uit rotsen en zand. Het parkoers kent vele bochten dus voor de snelle jongens zal het opletten geblazen zijn voordat ze morgen over het podium mogen rijden in Rosario.
