Nieuw chassis Manor door verplichte crashtests

Het licht staat op groen voor het nieuwe chassis van Manor F1 Team. De Britse renstal completeerde eind vorige week de verplichte crashtests van de internationale autosportbond FIA. Manor is na Haas F1 Team de tweede equipe waarvan bekend is dat het de crashtests doorstaan heeft.

Manor meldde via het eigen Twitter-kanaal: "We hebben alle crashtests met goed gevolg afgelegd, dus we hebben nu een volledig gehomologeerd chassis voor komend seizoen. De volgende stop is de eerste test van deze winter, van 22 tot en met 25 februari in Barcelona."

Omdat ze beide ook meer tijd gehad hebben. Manor heeft bv het hele afgelopen seizoen er vol aan kunnen werken omdat zij met een aangepast 2014 chassis reden.
