Ricciardo voorlopig de snelste bij test Paul Ricard

De drie coureurs die vandaag in actie komen bij de regenbandentest van Pirelli op het circuit van Paul Ricard ontlopen elkaar niet zo veel. Daniel Ricciardo van Red Bull Racing is voorlopig de snelste met een 1:09.378. McLaren-testrijder Stoffel Vandoorne staat tweede met een 1:09.536 en Ferrari-coureur Kimi Raikkonen sluit de rij met een 1:09.780.

tevens moet elk team doen wat Pirelli hen vraagt en mogen ze niets met de afstelling doen. Tijden vermelden is dus meer dan onzinnig en slaat nergens op.

      Nee, ze mogen alleen rijden met de auto van de laatste race van afgelopen jaar.

    Toch best apart dat ze het zo moeten testen. Je zou zeggen dat ze gewoon een testopstelling kunnen maken die het rijden op een plak asfalt simuleert met een machine. Of met een dummy F1 achtige wagen desnoods.

      Best appart? de werkelijkheid is altijd anders dan een testbankt door invloeden. Tevens is elke F1 auto anders wat je niet kunt testen op de testbank. Als je de discussies had gevolgd had je geweten dat ze te weinig in de echte situatie kunnen testen. Tuurlijk hebben ze een testbank om alles zover het kan te testen.

      Dit is alleen de pitstraat. ;)

      Pirelli heeft grote delen van de baan wel onder water laten zetten.
