Sahara wil van de aandelen in Force India af

Force India moet binnenkort waarschijnlijk op zoek naar een andere partner. Mede-eigenaar Sahara Group van Subrata Roy heeft de aandelen in de Indiase renstal te koop gezet. Dat melden de Times of India en de Press Trust of India.

Roy zit al tijden in de gevangenis omdat hij investeerders zou hebben opgelicht. Sahara heeft het gerechtshof nu gevraagd om de bezittingen te mogen verkopen om zo de schulden af te kunnen lossen. Daartoe behoort ook het aandelenpakket in Force India.

Sahara bezit zo'n 42,5 procent van de aandelen in de Indiase renstal. "Afhankelijk van hoeveel we ophalen met de verkoop van andere bezittingen zullen we bepalen hoeveel van de aandelen we uiteindelijk van de hand zullen doen", zei een juridische medewerker van Sahara.

Roy betaalde in 2011 zo'n 100 miljoen dollar voor de aandelen. Sahara probeert ook twee hotels en vier vliegtuigen te verkopen. De overige aandelen in Force India zijn in handen van Vijay Mallya (42,5 procent) en de familie Mol (15 procent).

    Tja; Om nu nog in te stappen is laat.
    Maar wellicht een optie voor een grote naam om zichzelf een team te eigenen voor volgend jaar.

    Hoeveel Dollar per procent zal het nu moeten opleveren?

    100 Miljoen en nog niets te zeggen, zal Boekhoorn nooit doen natuurlijk.

    Begint weer lekker dus bij dat team, mooi team, zaken en politiek eromheen zal voor zwaar zorgen en ik vermoed dat dit dan ook begin van het einde zal zijn helaas (hebben al vaker in zwaar weer verkeerd).

    De belangrijkste naam is Mazepin. Dmitry Mazepin

    Ineens is het me heel duidelijk waarom dat 16 jarige zoontje van Mazepin een klaarstoomtraject krijgt. FI ziet dit natuurlijk aankomen en hoopt het probleem Sahara op telossen met Russisch geld van Uralchem. Twee kansen nu:
    - 1) het gaat allemaal goed, Sahara doet zijn aandelen aan Uralchem over en we hebben volgend jaar ipv Sahara Force India Uralchem Россия силой (oftewel Force Russia) aan de start
    - 2) Sahara ditcht zijn aandelen, de Russen betalen niet en we zijn weer van voren af aan bij een afgrondscenario
