Twee DRS-zones op Sjanghai voor China 2016

De internationale autosportbond FIA heeft de details prijs gegeven voor het gebruik van het Drag Reduction System tijdens de Grand Prix van China van komend weekend. Het circuit van Sjanghai wordt uitgerust twee DRS-zones, met ieder een apart detectiepunt.

Het eerste meetpunt ligt in de buurt van de apex van bocht 12, waarna de achtervleugel voor twee derde van het achterste rechte stuk plat te leggen is. Het tweede detectiepunt bevindt zich vlak voor bocht 16. De tweede DRS-zone begint bij de uitkomen van bocht 16 en strekt zich uit over het rechte stuk van start en finish.

nou ik vind het anders zeer belangrijk om voorafgaand aan elke gp te lezen waar de rijders hun vleugeltje plat kunnen leggen hoor!

    Het ging om het formuleren van de zin, de achtervleugel ligt helemaal niet plat. Het is een sleufje van hooguit 10 15 cm van de gehele vleugel.
