Excuses Ziggo voor problemen met livestream

Ziggo Sport heeft zich verontschuldigd voor de problemen met de livestream op zondag. Door technische problemen konden gebruikers van de app of de website de Grand Prix van Singapore niet of slechts gedeeltelijk volgen. Ziggo Sport heeft beloofd de gedupeerden te compenseren.

De zender stelt in een verklaring: "Onze welgemeende excuses voor de problemen afgelopen zondag met de Formule 1 internet-streams. Uiteraard krijgt iedereen die de race online los heeft gekocht zijn geld terug en ook de gebruikers met een Ziggo Sport Totaal Go Online-maandabonnement worden deze maand volledig gecompenseerd. Ook doen we er alles aan om deze vervelende situatie in de toekomst te voorkomen."

"Wegens technische problemen kon een groot gedeelte van onze online-gebruikers de Grand Prix van Singapore niet volgen. Dit gold voor zowel streams via de browser (bijvoorbeeld Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari) als via de app (iPhone/iPad en Android)."

    Even een update, ik had natuurlijk hun gemaild ivm compensatie :

    Aangezien u een maandabonnement heeft ontvangen wij graag het e-mailadres waarmee u een abonnement bij ons heeft en daarnaast uw IBAN nummer zodat wij het bedrag zo snel mogelijk naar u kunnen terugboeken. Na ontvangst van uw gegevens zal dit tien tot vijftien werkdagen duren.

    dit dus net per mail gekregen.

      Er worden helaas een hoop fouten gemaakt. Verkeerde banden, verkeerde pitstop, verkeerde auto. Nu denk ik zelf dat het verstandig is als iemand naast deze beste man gaat zitten, het liefst een ex-rijder. Dan kunnen ze de race kijken, verslagleggen en de juiste info geven. Daarnaast kunnen ze elkaar corrigeren en acties uitleggen vanuit een rijder.

    Nou dat klopt inderdaad, kon niet inloggen en na een half uur proberen maar een brakke Sky stream opgezocht, kon ik tenminste in 240p de race 'zien'.....
    Maar goed, hoop dat het snel wordt opgelost ;)

    Ben geen Ziggo fan maar dit zie ik kpn toch niet zo snel doen, oprechte excuses zouden voor mij al genoeg geweest zijn.

      Het is vrij logisch als jij betaald om de wedstrijd te zien, dat je dit ook vergoed krijgt als het niet werkt. Zelfde als dat ik schoenen koop, worden niet geleverd en dan zeggen ja sorry kan gebeuren.
