Oudste nog levende F1-coureur is vandaag jarig

Oud Formule 1-coureur Kenneth McAlpine is vandaag jarig. De Brit heeft de leeftijd van 96 jaar bereikt. Daarmee is hij de oudste nog levende oud Formule 1-coureur. McAlpine verscheen in de jaren vijftig zeven maal namens Connaught aan de start van een Grand Prix. Punten scoorde hij niet. Zijn beste resultaat is een dertiende plaats in de Grand Prix van Duitsland in 1953. De felicitaties gaan uit naar de jarige McAlpine.

      Jullie slaan echt allemaal compleet de plank mis, ik vind deze rubrieken ook interessant hoor. Maar zet dan gewoon de naam van de coureur er meteen bij (net zoals ze altijd doen).

      @Speedpuppet zou je denken? Gok dat ik je zeker zal verrassen met mijn kennis over de F1 dus die denigrerende toon kan je thuis laten :-)

      Persoonlijk vind ik het wat veel worden, er zijn meer van dit soort items, nog even en we krijgen de volgende lijst.
      De dag van eerste stapjes van Max Verstappen.
      De dag van de eerste keer op t potje voor Daimon Hill.
      De dag dat Juan Pablo Montoya zijn eerste tandje wisselde.
      De dag dat Jacques Villeneuve voor het eerst zijn eigen veters strikt.
      De dag dat Adrian Sutil voor het eerst een meisje zoende.
