WMSC publiceert voorlopige kalender voor 2017

De World Motor Sport Council van de internationale autosportbond FIA heeft de voorlopige Formule 1-kalender voor 2017 vrijgegeven. Op het schema staan zoals verwacht dezelfde 21 Grands Prix als dit jaar. Canada, Duitsland en Brazilië staan echter onder voorbehoud op de kalender, deze evenementen moeten nog officieel bevestigd worden. In Canada is het circuit verouderd, in Duitsland dient de Hockenheimring nog een contract met de Formule 1 overeen te komen en in Brazilië zijn er financiële problemen.

De voorlopige Formule 1-kalender voor 2017:

26 maart - Grand Prix van Australië (Melbourne)

9 april - Grand Prix van China (Sjanghai)

16 april - Grand Prix van Bahrein (Sakhir)

30 april - Grand Prix van Rusland (Sotsji)

14 mei - Grand Prix van Spanje (Barcelona)

28 mei - Grand Prix van Monaco (Monte Carlo)

11 juni - Grand Prix van Canada (Montreal)*

18 juni - Grand Prix van Europa (Bakoe)

2 juli - Grand Prix van Oostenrijk (Spielberg)

9 juli - Grand Prix van Groot-Brittannië (Silverstone)

23 juli - Grand Prix van Hongarije (Boedapest)

30 juli - Grand Prix van Duitsland (Hockenheim)*

27 augustus - Grand Prix van België (Spa)

3 september - Grand Prix van Italië (Monza)

17 september - Grand Prix van Maleisië (Sepang)

1 oktober - Grand Prix van Singapore (Singapore)

8 oktober - Grand Prix van Japan (Suzuka)

22 oktober - Grand Prix van de VS (Austin)

5 november - Grand Prix van Mexico (Mexico City)

12 november - Grand Prix van Brazilië (Sao Paulo)*

26 november - Grand Prix van Abu Dhabi (Yas Marina)
