Pitcrew een van de lichtpuntjes bij Williams

Het team van Williams is een beetje in verval aan het raken, nu het als vierde geklasseerde Force India stukje bij beetje bij de Britse renstal wegloopt, maar de pitcrew van Williams laat weinig tot geen steekjes vallen. In Japan leverde het team opnieuw de snelste pitstop af. Williams had slechts 2,05 seconden nodig om de banden van Felipe Massa te verwisselen. Dat is zes honderdsten minder dan Red Bull Racing voor een stop met Max Verstappen nodig had.
