Usher in plaats van The Weeknd bij GP van de VS

De Grand Prix van de Verenigde Staten heeft snel gehandeld nadat The Weeknd een concert tijdens het Formule 1-weekend op het Circuit of the Americas heeft afgezegd. De organisatie heeft Usher gestrikt als vervangend optreden voor de zondagavond.

Usher zal bij zijn show ondersteund worden door The Roots, de huisband van 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon'. Daarmee heeft de organisatie van de Grand Prix van de Verenigde Staten het entertainmentprogramma rond. Op de zaterdagavond na de kwalificatie verzorgt Taylor Swift een optreden.
