Sebastian Vettel: "Ik was iets te agressief in mijn laatste run"

Het had weinig gescheeld of Sebastian Vettel had niet deel kunnen nemen aan de kwalificatie vanwege een hydraulisch probleem aan zijn bolide. De monteurs slaagden er echter in om hem ruim op tijd naar buiten te krijgen. Vettel kende een sessie zonder problemen en start de race als vijfde. De viervoudig wereldkampioen denkt dat een volledige tweede startrij voor Ferrari mogelijk was geweest en kijkt uit naar een spannende race.

"Mijn laatste run was niet zo goed. Ik was wat te agressief. In de eerste run in Q3 had ik het gevoel dat ik wat had laten liggen, vandaar dat ik over de limiet ging in mijn laatste run. Ik denk dat anders de twee rij mogelijk was geweest, de korte runs liepen in ieder geval een stuk beter dan vrijdag. We starten achter Red Bull, maar ik denk dat we even snel als ze zijn. We maken ons op voor een spannende race", aldus Vettel.

Weten we niet.... misschien deze keer niets van uitgezonden ;-)
Maar wel beter zo. Ik heb er geen behoefte aan om steeds een flippende Vettel te horen.
