Mercedes: "Geen andere klantenteams voor 2011"

Mercedes levert volgend jaar aan dezelfde teams motoren als dit seizoen. Dat wil zeggen dat Mercedes GP, McLaren en Force India ook in 2011 met een V8 van Duitse makelij aan de start verschijnen. Red Bull Racing komt niet in aanmerking voor Mercedes-krachtbronnen.

Mercedes-motorsportbaas Norbert Haug liet aan Auto Motor und Sport weten: We hebben geen plannen voor andere klantenteams voor volgend jaar. Haug spreekt ook tegen dat Force India nog openstaande rekeningen heeft. Vijah Mallya is voorbeeldig met zijn betalingen.
