Liberty stemt in januari over aanschaf Formule 1

Liberty Media roept de aandeelhouders halverwege januari bijeen voor een stemmingsronde over de beoogde overname van de Formule 1. De speciale aandeelhoudersvergadering staat gepland voor 17 januari en vindt plaats bij het hoofdkwartier van het mediabedrijf in Englewood.

De bijeenkomst begint rond 11.00 uur lokale tijd. Liberty zal de aandeelhouders vragen te stemmen over de voorstellen met betrekking tot de aanschaf van een meerderheid van de aandelen in de Formule 1 en over de plannen om de naam van de Liberty Media Group te wijzigen in Formula One Group. Aandeelhouders van Liberty hebben tot en met 12 december de tijd om aan te geven of ze bij de vergadering aanwezig zullen zijn.

Liberty bereikte begin september overeenstemming over de aanschaf van een meerderheidsbelang in de Formule 1. Lees het hier terug.
