Geox met meerdere teams in gesprek over sponsoring

Geox heeft belangstelling om als sponsor tot de Formule 1 toe te treden. De Italiaanse schoenenfabrikant zet al een wielerploeg op voor 2011 en overweegt om ook in de koningsklasse van de autosport te stappen.

Geox heeft reeds met meerdere teams gesprekken gevoerd, waaronder Red Bull Racing. Geox-baas Mario Moretti Polegato, tevens eigenaar van Diadora, verklaarde: Extreme sporten met veel technologische inhoud zoals wielrennen en Formule 1 zijn interessant voor ons.
