Alexander Rossi stuntte vorig jaar door de Indy 500 in zijn eerste poging meteen op zijn naam te schrijven. In de aanloop naar de editie van 2017 is de IndyCar begonnen met een serie waarin het Indy 500-winnaar Rossi op de voet volgt, genaamd 'Behind the Bricks'. In de eerste aflevering onthult de Amerikaan de toegangskaarten voor de komende uitvoering van de Indianapolis 500.
