Sutil wijt verval Force India aan vertrek van James Key

Het team van Force India heeft zijn zinnen gezet op de zesde plaats bij de constructeurs, maar krijgt nog een zware kluif aan Williams. De Britse renstal staat vier punten achter op het Indiase team en pakte in de afgelopen vier races twaalf punten meer dan Force India.

Force India zakt na een goed begin steeds verder terug. De oorzaak? Het gemis van oud technisch directeur James Key, nu in dienst van Sauber, doet zich voelen. Die conclusie trekt coureur Adrian Sutil in Auto Motor und Sport. Ik dacht dat het niet zoveel zou voorstellen. Ik heb vertrouwen in de mensen die hier werken. Mark Smith is de opvolger van Key en doet het goed, maar ik moet toegeven dat we sinds zijn vertrek wat weg zijn gezakt. We komen niet meer makkelijk in de top tien in kwalificaties. Soms weet je pas hoe goed iemand is als hij er niet meer is.
