McLaren bundelt krachten met Star Sports India

Het team van McLaren heeft een nieuwe partner aan zich gebonden. Het gaat om Star Sports India, een groot Indiaas mediabedrijf. De samenwerking spitst zich toe op het delen van exclusieve content voor de televisiezenders en digitale kanalen voor Star Sports India.

Sportief gezien gaat McLaren-Honda door een diep dal, maar achter de schermen is het een drukte van jewelste. Eerder kondigde de Britse renstal al Logitech aan als nieuwe partner, verlengde Norton Rose Fulbright het sponsorcontract met het team en ging McLaren in zee met Amazon Prime voor een documentaireserie over het seizoen 2017 en in het bijzonder de verrichtingen van Stoffel Vandoorne.
