Nieuw pitcomplex Silverstone op schema voor race in 2011

Het werk aan het nieuwe pit- en paddockcomplex op het circuit van Silverstone verloopt goed volgens plan. De nieuwe faciliteiten moeten in mei 2011 opgeleverd worden, op tijd voor de Grand Prix van Groot-Brittannië van volgend seizoen.

Silverstone-directeur Richard Phillips: We liggen op schema voor de zelfopgelegde deadline van mei 2011. Deze renovatie zal Silverstone voorzien van faciliteiten van wereldklasse waar alle vormen van auto- en motorsport in stijl terecht kunnen, zowel de coureurs als de toeschouwers. Het Pit, Paddock & Conference Complex is een iconisch gebouw dat onze positie als eerste racebestemming en onze globale status van leider herbevestigt.
