De Grand Prix van Canada kende een levendig begin en spitste zich vervolgens toe op de strijd om de derde plek. De top drie koos voor een één-stopper, terwijl Ferrari-rijder Sebastian Vettel na een vroege neuswissel gedwongen was voor twee stops te gaan. Ook diens teamgenoot Kimi Raikkonen zocht twee keer de pits op. Bandenleverancier Pirelli fabriceerde dit mooie overzicht van de diverse strategieën in Montreal.

Hoe kan iets een blunder zijn als het goed uitpakt? Altijd mensen die denken dat er op strategisch gebied fouten zijn gemaakt, bij RB beschikken ze over zoveel meer data dan wij televisiekijkers, dus ga er maar van uit dat ze goed weten wat ze daar doen.
