Duitse zender positief over de 'nieuwe Formule 1'

Het Duitse RTL is zeer te spreken over de ontwikkelingen in de Formule 1 onder leiding van nieuwe eigenaar Liberty Media. Express bericht dat de kijkcijfers dit seizoen na jaren van daling bij alle zeven races tot nu toe hoger lagen dan in de voorgaande seizoenen.

RTL-directeur Manfred Loppe is dan ook in zijn hum met de 'nieuwe Formule 1'. "Deze nieuwe Formule 1 is een verademing! Niet alleen op de baan, waar de nieuwe regels worden omarmd door het publiek, maar ook naast de circuits. Er is meer transparantie, toeschouwers komen dichter in de buurt van hun helden. Allemaal prettige ontwikkelingen."

RTL is al sinds jaar en dag de Formule 1-zendgemachtigde in Duitsland. In Nederland zijn de Formule 1-rechten in het bezit van Ziggo Sport. Daar zijn de races voor Ziggo-klanten gratis te zien, de overige Formule 1-fans moeten betalen voor Ziggo Sport Totaal. BNR-baas Sjors Fröhlich pleitte er recent voor dat de Formule 1 naar het open net moet.

Ik vind het een beetje jammer dat er moet worden teruggekoppeld op het feit dat de formule 1 in NL op ziggo uitgezonden word en dat daar die BNR baas niet blij mee is, ik vind dat we die discussie al gevoerd hebben en we hoeven het er nu niet nog langer over te hebben.

    Daar gaat Ecclestone zijn pleidooi dat televisiezenders niet blij zouden zijn met Liberty's manier van F1 promoten.

      RTL kennende is dit oordeel beïnvloed door het feit dat Vettel nu op nr 1 staat in de tussenstand.........Als er iemand bevooroordeelde commentaren levert dan zijn zij het wel............

      De Duitse toeschouwers zijn in ieder geval niet blij want die blijven weg, en dat heeft echt niet alleen met de ticketprijs te maken.

      Ach gewoon laten gaan...
      Als één van de zendgemachtigden de rechten denkt te kunnen kopen, dan doen ze het maar.
      De NPO zal het geld ervoor niet hebben, dus zal het bij de commerciëlen terecht kunnen komen. De vraag is alleen hoe deze er mee om zullen gaan.

      Als je daar constant geconfronteerd gaat worden met reclameblokken (waarmee deze zenders hun geld mee moeten verdienen), dan zullen na verloop van tijd weer veel kijkers gaan afhaken met als gevolg dat contracten niet verlengd gaan worden. Of men is niet in staat om voldoende en goede commentatoren te leveren en dan haken de kijkers ook af.

      Ik blijf gewoon kijken naar de uitzendingen van Sky/Channel4, bevalt mij nog het best ;-)

    Liberty is echt wel leuke dingen aan het doen, zoals de sport openstellen via social media. Dit weekend was er nog een video uit de rijders briefing op donderdag. Erg leuk om eens te bekijken.

    Als Duitse toeschouwer zou ik ook wegblijven op RTL. Meer reclame dan race .
    Met 5 reclame blokken per race houdt het niet op.Gelukkig zit er Christian Danner nog bij die af en toe Heiko Waßer effe moet corrigeren want wat voor onzin die soms uitkraamt pffff .
    Maar je kan er als (duitse)luisteraar wel elke keer een auto winnen .

      Voorbeschouwingen zijn van RTL zijn dik in orde. Vind het wel leuk dat ze ook Peter "The Voice" Reichert erbij gehaald hebben om het nét wat meer cachet te geven, die man heeft zo'n diepe stem dat hij ook wel eens bioscooptrailer inspreekt.
