Toyota-coureur Kamui Kobayashi heeft in de tweede kwalificatie voor de 85ste editie van de 24 uur van Le Mans de snelste rondetijd ooit laten noteren op het Circuit de la Sarthe. De Japanner rondde de 13,6 kilometer lange baan in 3:14.791, goed voor een gemiddelde snelheid van dik 251 kilometer per uur.
