Belangstellenden voor een eigen Formule 1-renstal hoeven niet bij Red Bull aan te kloppen voor de overname van Scuderia Toro Rosso. De energiedrankengigant is niet van plan om het opleidingsteam van de hand te doen.

Red Bull-baas Dietrich Mateschitz vertrouwde Der Spiegel toe: Scuderia Toro Rosso is en blijft ons rookie team. We hebben door deze renstal een plek om onze beste jonge talenten te laten rijpen en ervaring op te laten doen.
