Hongarije blundert met parkeerplaatsen F1-directie

De namen van de nieuwe Formule 1-leiding zijn bij de organisatie van de Hongaarse Grand Prix nog niet helemaal bekend. Dat blijkt wel uit de parkeerplaatsen die toegewezen zijn aan Formule 1-baas Chase Carey en commercieel directeur Sean Bratches.

Zo staat de naam van Carey gespeld als 'Cary' en parkeert Bratches zijn Skoda Octavia op de plaats die bestemd is voor 'Sean Branches'. Ze moeten in Hongarije kennelijk nog wennen aan de nieuwe directie van de koningsklasse van de autosport.

      Gewoon een rental car. Wordt hooguit gebruikt voor ritjes vliegveld-circuit-hotel en om Hongaarse hoertjes op te pikken.
      Zeker voor dat laatste is een low profile raadzaam; een Bentley valt op en voor je het weet is de vrouw boos.

    Zo'n Octavia is geen verkeerd hok voor de gewone mens. Maar als je als directeur hier in een Skoda moet rijden, dan stap je toch in een Superb Combi? Of als je hip wil doen een Kodiaq?

      Gewoon gehuurd, en wellicht iemand die niet perse veel om auto's geeft? Of iemand die het verschil niet ziet tussen welke Skoda dan ook, omdat hij zelf altijd een Bentley gewend is?

    Ik heb liever dat e in een Skoda rijden en dat alles een beetje betaalbaar wordt dan dat ze in een Bentley rijden en hun eigen zakken spekken.

    Ik ben altijd wel benieuwd met welke auto's met name de coureurs naar het circuit komen. Helaas wordt het nimmer getoond. Ted Kravitz deed het één keer, maar dat was volgens mij toeval.

      Volgens mij rijden ze bij RB met Aston Martins naar het circuit.... In ieder geval de coureurs en de hoge omes....
      Bij Mercedes zal het ook wel simpel zijn om in te vullen, alleen denk ik niet dat ze bij Ferrari in een Ferrari aan komen rijden....
      Bij de andere teams zal het een wagen van de motorleverancier zijn. Meest logisch! Behalve natuurlijk bij Haas en Sauber....
