Carbon Champagne nieuwe champagne-leverancier Formule 1

Formule 1 en het champagnemerk Carbon Champagne zijn per direct met elkaar in zee gegaan. De champagne in Formule 1 werd vanaf Monaco als geleverd door Carbon, maar Carbon Champagne en de Formule 1 hadden nog geen officiële overeenkomst. De overeenkomst is nog maar net gesloten, maar al in Hongarije zullen de coureurs op het podium kennis mogen maken met het merk.

Goedkoop zijn de flessen niet: voor een fles Carbon Champagne moet 3.000 euro worden neergelegd. De prijs ligt zo hoog omdat er carbon is gebruikt in de flessen. Liberty Media laat weten dat er ook wordt gekeken naar de mogelijkheid om de flessen te voorzien van een kleine camera zodat de fans ,meer mee kunnen krijgen hoe het champagne spuiten er op het podium aan toe gaat.
