Lucas di Grassi viert vandaag zijn 33ste verjaardag

Oud Formule 1-coureur Lucas di Grassi is vandaag jarig. De Braziliaan blaast 33 kaarsjes uit op zijn verjaardagstaart. Di Grassi was alleen in het seizoen 2010 actief in de koningsklasse van de autosport. Namens debutant Virgin Racing reed hij achttien van de negentien Grands Prix dat jaar. Alleen in Japan verscheen hij niet aan de start; op weg naar de grid crashte hij hard in de bocht 130R op Suzuka. Zijn beste resultaat was een veertiende plaats. Recent veroverde hij de titel in de Formule E. De felicitaties gaan uit naar de jarige Di Grassi.

Heb hem eens in de F3 zien crashen, na een remfout ,waar hij in de omheining terecht kwam, zag er best heftig uit.
