BOVAG bouwt feestje voor F1-fans die naar Spa gaan

Er zullen vrijdag waarschijnlijk lange files staan op de A2 richting België. Daarom heeft BOVAG besloten om iets leuks voor de weggebruikers te organiseren. Het parkeerterrein van verzorgingsplaats Knuvelkes, ter hoogte van Eijsden, komt compleet in het teken te staan van de Formule 1. Het is de laatste stop voor de Belgische grens en de perfecte kans om de Nederlandse fans in de watten te leggen, vindt BOVAG.

Er komt een foodtruck en een koffiebar met gratis versnaperingen, het Red Bull-promoteam is aanwezig, auto's en caravans kunnen gecontroleerd worden door BOVAG-monteurs en middels een stoelmassage krijgt ook het lichaam van de bestuurders een oppepper. De fans kunnen daarnaast op de foto op een heus Formule 1-podium en met de 'grid girls', of juist even helemaal tot rust komen in de loungehoek.

De verwachting is dat 50.000 Nederlandse Formule 1-fans dit weekend naar Spa-Francorchamps afreizen om de Grand Prix van België bij te wonen. Om het verwachte fileleed enigszins te verzachten organiseert BOVAG dus een feest langs de A2. Dat feest start vrijdagochtend om 07.00 uur en duurt minstens tot 19.00 uur.
