Lewis Hamilton test prototypes banden op Paul Ricard

Hij kondigde het begin deze week zelf al aan en vandaag is het dan zover; Mercedes-coureur Lewis Hamilton werkt met bandenleverancier Pirelli aan de banden voor 2018. De Brit is over het algemeen niet zo happig om te testen, maar dit keer maakt hij een uitzondering.

De bandentest vindt plaats op het circuit van Paul Ricard, vanaf volgend jaar weer gastheer van de Grand Prix van Frankrijk. Het betreft een tweedaagse testsessie. Het is nog niet duidelijk wie morgen namens Mercedes in de W08 kruipt.

      Omdat Ferrari toen veel beter met de banden om kon gaan,dan wie dan ook.

    Slim bekeken die Hamilton. Kan als eerste alvast wat ervaring op doen met de nieuwe banden met een moderne F1 auto op Paul Ricard. Komt volgend jaar vast van pas tijdens iig de gp van frankrijk

      dit is van te voren zo ingepland. RBR krijgt ook haar testdagen met de 2017 auto en 2018 banden

    Het gaat nog om prototypes dus of je ervaring krijgt weet je nog niet want misschien wordt het deze band wel niet.
    Wat wel een voordeel is is het feit dat jij commentaar mag geven en dat je Pirelli dan jou kant op kan sturen, iets wat Ferrari waarschijnlijk (die lieten seb en kimi bijna alles testen wat merc en rbr niet deden door 2e rangs coureurs te sturen) is gelukt afgelopen jaar.

      Precies, laat Lewis en max maar goed testen. Dan krijgen we banden voor de agressievere rijstijl.

    Wat weinig reacties hier. Als Hamilton niet was gaan testen en daar een nieuwsbericht over geplaatst werd zouden er op dit moment al minimaal 100 reacties staan. ;)
