Lewis Hamilton legt 114 rondjes af tijdens bandentest

Mercedes-coureur Lewis Hamilton heeft zijn testdag voor Pirelli afgesloten met 114 rondjes achter zijn naam. De drievoudig wereldkampioen testte diverse prototypes van de banden voor 2018. Het was een warme en zonnige dag in Le Castellet; de buitentemperatuur bedroeg 27 graden en de temperatuur van het asfalt op het circuit van Paul Ricard liep op tot 35 graden. Vandaag staat nog een testdag voor Pirelli op het programma, maar nu met Valtteri Bottas in de Mercedes.

Op het circuit voor de Franse Grand Prix inderdaad. Met de W08. Dat mag gewoon, is onderdeel van het programma van Pirelli in samenspraak met de teams ter voorbereiding op 2018.
