Veiligheidsbeambte liet zich omkopen in Singapore

De organisatie van de Grand Prix van Singapore doet onderzoek naar de vermeende omkoping van iemand van het bewakingspersoneel. De zaak kwam aan het licht doordat een koppel op Facebook een foto plaatste waarbij ze op het Marina Bay Street Circuit staan.

Het onderschrift bij de foto luidde: "Het is drie uur 's nachts. Een veiligheidsbeambte omgekocht om ons even het circuit op te laten. Hij stemde niet alleen in, hij nam ook nog eens de foto. De meeste Formule 1-liefhebbers zullen ons wel begrijpen."

De organisatie van de Grand Prix van Singapore vindt dit een kwalijke kwestie en wil de onderste steen boven krijgen. "De veiligheid van ons circuit en ons evenement geniet de hoogste prioriteit voor ons en we nemen deze beschuldigingen dan ook zeer serieus", laat een woordvoerder weten.

    Het is hier in SG echt hoogst irritant al die ‘beveiliging’. Voor de toegang tot het circuit snap ik hem helemaal. Maat je mag echt nergens een beetje fatsoenlijke foto’s schieten. Moeilijke figuren.

    Die hele regio is door en door corrupt. En er heerst ook een enorm schaamtecultuur dus oei oei als er zoiets in de media komt is het pas erg. Terwijl het doodnormaal is.

    ik heb gehoord dat de bewaker het lastig had niet in slaap te vallen en dat hij van deze mensen 2 blikjes rb heeft gekregen .
    is dus geen omkopen maar zorgen dat de bewaking wakker blijft .
    de bewaker is blijkbaar gevlogen wat te verwachten was rb geeft je vleugels
