De Formule 1 is veel groter dan de tien teams en twintig coureurs die twintig keer per jaar bij elkaar komen om een Grand Prix te rijden. Achter de schermen is een enorme industrie gaande. De renstallen zijn vaak grotere organisaties dan gedacht. Formule 1-teams leunen voor een groot deel op engineers, de knappe koppen die allerlei oplossingen bedenken om sneller te gaan. Force India-partner Farah zet er nu één in het zonnetje, aerodynamicaspecialist Daniel Marshall.
