Documentaire over Ayrton Senna op voor Sundance Award

De nieuwe documentairefilm over de in 1994 verongelukte legendarische Formule 1-coureur Ayrton Senna staat op de shortlist voor een award bij het prestigieuze Sundance Film Festival. 'Senna' is samen met elf andere films genomineerd voor beste documentaire.

De film beleeft zijn première in Noord-Amerika tijdens het Sundance Film Festival in januari. In Japan en Brazilië is de documentaire al te zien in de bioscoop. De release in Europa staat gepland voor halverwege 2011. Het is nog niet duidelijk of de film ook in Nederland uitkomt.
