Stem op je favoriete boordradiofragment van 2017

Het Formule 1-seizoen 2017 leverde naast de nodige mooie en dramatische momenten op de baan ook weer schitterende conversaties en teksten over de verschillende boordradio's op. Formula1.com heeft nu een selectie gemaakt van tien fragmenten voor een stemming over het favoriete fragment.

Tot de 'genomineerde' fragmenten behoort uiteraard het inmiddels al bijna legendarische fragment met Ferrari-coureur Kimi Raikkonen in Azerbeidzjan, die door zijn team voor een herstart zonder stuurtje naar het einde van de pitstraat wordt geduwd. De Fin schreeuwt letterlijk over de boordradio om degene met zijn stuur in de hand zover te krijgen om het stuurtje te overhandigen.

Er zit ook een fragment met Red Bull Racing-rijder Max Verstappen tussen, namelijk het moment vlak na de startcrash in Singapore waarbij de Nederlander de schade rapporteert aan zijn team. De woorden van teamgenoot Daniel Ricciardo aan het adres van Verstappen na hun aanrijding in de eerste ronde in Hongarije staan eveneens op de shortlist van beste boordradiofragmenten.

Verder is McLaren-coureur Fernando Alonso twee keer van de partij; met zijn opmerking over karma ten opzichte van Jolyon Palmer en met zijn frustraties over de technische problemen met zijn auto in Rusland. De boodschap van Sebastian Vettel richting Lewis Hamilton in Bakoe kan natuurlijk niet ontbreken, zoals ook de grappig bedoelde mededeling van Jenson Button in Monaco dat hij een plasje gaat doen in de auto van Alonso erbij zit.

Wat er wat mij betreft ook bij had gemogen: Mexico, Max met Gianpiero na een eerder verzoek om het rustiger aan te doen. Gian: "Ehmm Max, the last lap was the same as the previous one!" Max: "Haha, I am really sorry".
