F1 2017 genomineerd voor een SXSW Gaming Award

De game F1 2017 maakt kans om in de prijzen te vallen bij de SXSW Gaming Awards. Het door Codemasters ontwikkelde spel is genomineerd voor een onderscheiding in de categorie 'Esports Game van het Jaar'. F1 2017 neemt het daarin op tegen FIFA 18, Tekken 7, Call of Duty: WWII en PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS.

De stembussen zijn geopend, een stem uitbrengen kan hier. De prijsuitreiking vindt plaats op zaterdag 17 maart. F1 2017 kreeg alom lovende kritieken en deed het goed in de winkels. In de eerste week na de release eind augustus werden al meer dan 170.000 exemplaren verkocht.

Kan mij haast niet voorstellen dat ze die winnen, er zijn nog zoveel bugs in het online gedeelte (de codemaster fora staan er vol mee) dat de andere gegadigden waarschijnlijk veel grotere kans hebben. Het is geen slechte game hoor, maar er is nog genoeg ruimte voor verbetering zeg maar.
