Sauber onderwerpt engineers aan sessie met sportpsychologe

Het team van Sauber heeft in de aanloop naar het seizoen 2018 een bijzondere aanpak geadopteerd. Organiseerde de Zwitserse renstal eerder al een masterclass pokeren voor de engineers, vandaag op Valentijnsdag had Sauber een workshop met sportpsychologe Mar Rovira voor de engineers in petto.

Rovira is een voormalig basketbalspeelster die zich na haar actieve loopbaan heeft gespecialiseerd in sportpsychologie en teamprocessen. "Wat zijn je sterke en zwakke plekken en waar schiet je van in de stress? Om een sterk team te smeden moet iedereen toegewijd zijn en elkaar begrijpen", luidt het bijschrift van Sauber voor de sessie met de sportpsychologe.
