Frijns doet weer mee aan de 24 uur van de Nürburgring

Robin Frijns neemt dit jaar weer deel aan de 24 uur van de Nürburgring. De Nederlander zal uitkomen voor Audi Sport Team WRT en vormt een trio met DTM-kampioen Rene Rast en Dries Vanthoor. Vorig jaar schreef Audi het evenement op de Nordschleife op zijn naam met Connor De Phillippi, Christopher Mies, Markus Winkelhock en Kelvin van der Linde. Eerder dit jaar won Frijns de 12 uur van Bathurst, samen met Vanthoor. De laatste Nederlandse winnaar van de 24 uur van de Nürburgring was Jeroen Bleekemolen in 2013.
