De dag van de eerste F1-overwinning van Ayrton Senna

Het is vandaag exact 33 jaar geleden dat de legendarische Ayrton Senna zijn eerste zege in de Formule 1 boekte. In een Lotus was de Braziliaan onder regenachtige omstandigheden de beste op het circuit van Estoril in Portugal. Hij zou daarna nog veertig keer winnen en drie keer de wereldtitel veroveren voordat een crash op Imola in 1994 een einde aan zijn leven maakte. Op deze dag staan we stil bij de eerste overwinning van Senna in de Formule 1.
