Haas presenteert sponsorovereenkomst met Old World Industries

Het team van Haas heeft een nieuwe sponsor aan de haak geslagen. Vanaf de Grand Prix van Groot-Brittanië prijken de logo's van PEAK en BlueDEF op de neuzen van de auto's. PEAK en BlueDEF zijn merken van Old World Industries, een bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in het vervaardigen van vloeistoffen voor de autoindustrie. 

"PEAK en BlueDEF kan in meer dan vijftig landen wereldwijd gevonden worden en dit zijn de regio's waar de Formule 1 rijdt", aldus Bryan Emrich, marketingdirecteur van Old World Industries. "We zijn een Amerikaans familiebedrijf, wiens waarden en handelswijzen overeenkomen met die van Gene Haas en zijn Formule 1-team."

"We blijven internationaal groeien en we hebben in het Haas Formule 1-team een uitstekende partner gevonden", vervolgt Emrich. "Ze zijn een Amerikaanse organisatie die veel hebben bereikt in de relatief korte periode dat ze actief zijn in de meest competitieve omgeving van de wereld."

SV#5, ik denk dat hij meer bedoelt over de heisa die op twitter ontstaan was.. iedereen dacht blijkbaar dat ze de rijders van 2019 bekend gingen maken..

    Dit interesseert toch niemand... Gaat Haas op Twitter een beetje heisa schoppen door te zeggen dat ze met groot nieuws komen, en dan krijgen we dit...

      Voor Haas is dit natuurlijk wel groot nieuws om een (grote) sponsor aan te trekken, want dan hebben ze weer meer om te besteden aan ontwikkeling en zo misschien wel kunnen stijgen op de ranglijst....

      Dit jou enkel nieuws over Max of Red Bull je interesseert wil niet zeggen dat er ook nog veel grote F1 fans/neutrale F1 fans zijn die graag al het nieuws willen weten.

      Leuk en mooi nieuws voor Haas. Haas doet het goed en is een mooi voorbeeld voor eventuele nieuwe teams.

      Je wil vooraf ook niet zeggen dat het slechts om een sponsor aankondiging gaat: immers wil je een nieuwe sponsor ook niet in een persco voor een lege zaal presenteren.

      Het 'grote' nieuws is dan ook simpelweg een middel om de pers vertegenwoordigers te lokken.

      Mee eens. Plus de kale livery kan wel wat logo's gebruiken met alleen Jack & Jones en Haas zelf op de auto. Ik hoop dat Williams hun Martini probleem volgend jaar ook weten op te vullen.
