McLaren en Renault hebben avondklok mogen overschrijden

Donderdag was het nog maar de vraag of Renault en McLaren konden rijden op de vrijdag in Japan. Door de tyfoon was de verzending van de olie vertraagd en het was maar de vraag of die op tijd aan zou komen. Dat is gelukt, maar vanwege de avondklok, niet op tijd voor de teams. Door de onvoorziene omstandigheden hebben de teams echter ook na de avondklok mogen doorwerken.

"De stewards hebben informatie van het McLaren F1-team ontvangen, dat het personeel ook na de avondklok aan de auto heeft gewerkt. Dit is echter gebeurd door omstandigheden buiten de macht van de teams om en daarom heeft het voor McLaren en Renault beide teams geen consequenties."

Door deze beslissing van de stewards heeft Renault nog twee 'jokers' om dit seizoen aan de auto te werken na de avondklok, terwijl McLaren er nog één heeft.

Sowieso moeten alle onnodige regeltjes afgeschaft worden. F1 lijd aan overregulering. Avondklok is daar 1 van. Gewoon ander beroep kiezen als je het te zwaar vind.
