Raikkonen hoopt dat Ferrari er op COTA weer staat

Kimi Raikkonen hoopt dat Ferrari zich, na een aantal moeilijke races, op het Circuit of the Americas weer kan verbeteren. Zijn team is inmiddels op een bijna onoverbrugbare achterstand komen te staan in het kampioenschap en de Fin hoopt daarom dat het in Austin weer wat beter zal gaan.

"Het is duidelijk dat we de hele situatie onder de loep moeten nemen, want het was in Japan een moeilijk weekend. Gedurende het weekend gingen we wel vooruit, het ging beter en beter. Maar als je puur kijkt naar het resultaat, dan stonden we ver van waar we wilden staan. Dat is nu eenmaal hoe het er soms voorstaat."

"Hopelijk gaan we hier op het Circuit of the Americas weer beter en wanneer dat gebeurt, dan zullen we er ook weer staan. We moeten de situatie zien op te schonen en hopelijk hebben we een wat stabieler weekend dan in de afgelopen races." De Fin is aan zijn laatste races bezig voor het team van Ferrari. Voor 2019 zal hij de overstap gaan maken naar het team van Sauber.

Kans is klein maar lijkt mij nog echt heel mooi om Kimi 1x te zien winnen!

Zelfde geld voor Alonso trouwens maar die kans is nog 50x kleiner dan de kans van Kimi ?
