Overzicht: De snelste officiële ronde per circuit

In de Formule 1 worden vaak nieuwe baanrecords neergezet. Wij hebben een overzicht gemaakt van de snelste ronde per circuit. In 2018 zijn op veel circuits de snelste ronde gereden door de Formule 1-coureurs in de kwalificatie, maar de snelste ronde in de race is niet vaak verbeterd. De snelste racerondes zijn de officiële records, omdat alleen volgens de regels een ronderecord alleen tijdens de race gereden kan worden.

Overzicht van de circuits die in 2019 zullen worden aangedaan:

Valt wel op dat Bottas 5 keer in 2018 de snelste race ronde heeft. Iedere keer de race niet uit kunnen rijden op het setje banden en op het laatste nog nieuwe banden moeten halen.

  Dat had er vaak mee te maken dat bottas een fout begin waardoor zijn banden kapot waren. Daardoor moest hij vaak einde van de race nog pitten en kon op verse banden en lege tank en nog een rondje uit purren
