Mercedes GP introduceert updates stap voor stap in Barcelona

Het grote pakket vernieuwingen van Mercedes GP zijn niet in één keer op de W02 gemonteerd. De Duitse renstal heeft gekozen voor de weg der geleidelijkheid. Stap voor stap zal het team deze week alsmaar meer updates introduceren.

Voor vandaag zijn de uitlaatmondingen herzien en is het bodywork aangepast. Wat er voor de komende dagen in de planning staat maakte Mercedes GP niet bekend, maar herziene side-pods, een nieuwe voorvleugel en weer een nieuwe configuratie voor de uitlaten behoren waarschijnlijk tot de upgrades. Mercedes-motorsportbaas Norbert Haug vertrouwde Autosport toe: We hanteren een aanpak van stap voor stap. We hebben andere uitlaten en een gewijzigd bodywork voor vandaag. Meer veranderingen zijn op komst.
